Sports Day 2024
We had another fantastic, and fun-filled day on Saturday, April 27, 2024!
The BRMC Little Lights Preschool Annual Sports Day for Barker and Vanda Campus was brimming with joy and excitement. Children from playgroup to K-level, along with their parents, participated in the games and had an absolute blast!
Vanda Campus Grand Opening
We were delighted to celebrate the grand opening of BRMC Little Lights Preschool on the Vanda campus on August 26, 2023!
It was a day filled with joy and excitement as families and the community gathered to witness this momentous occasion. The event featured engaging activities for children and an opportunity for everyone to explore our preschool's rooms and facilities.
We thank our wonderful guests who celebrated this milestone with us. We hope the Vanda campus family grows and be more blessed.
2022 Friendship Day at Vanda
We celebrated Friendship Day at BRMC Little Lights @ Vanda on Saturday 20 August with 54 parents and 42 children.
We took our guests on a tour of the Vanda campus and showcased the myriad Montessori and inquiry-based learning materials the children use to gain competency in literacy, numeracy and other subjects.
Parents were also able to gain more insight into our educational philosophy and pedagogies by having personal discussions with our educators. Meanwhile, the children enjoyed getting messy with face painting and making friends with their brand-new balloon sculptures!
Community/ Family Services
BRMC Little Lights Preschools are a subsidiary of the Barker Road Methodist Church. We draw on the resources of the pastoral and family life ministry teams for the support of spiritual, pastoral counselling and Christian education. The family life ministry runs many training and educational sessions on effective Christian parenting.
